10 February 2021 — GOOD INTENTIONS

Another saying with which I was brought up was ‘The Road To Hell is Paved with Good Intentions’. A bit extreme but one gets the gist that procrastinating and putting things off until tomorrow is NOT GOOD.

It has occurred to me today that, that is exactly what I have been doing for the last few days - telling myself I will do something and not doing it.

Time, I think, to RECLAIM MY POINT OF POWER IN THE MOMENT by enquiring of myself WHY I thought I would take this action and WHY I have been putting it off.

Time to finally decide whether it is correct for me to take this action or whether it is not AND, if it feels the right thing to do = to DO it.
