13 October 2021 — CREATING OUR OWN REALITY

Well at the moment I am not very happy with the REALITY I am creating for myself. I certainly don’t seem able to practice what I preach!

So what are the STEPS I NEED TO TAKE IN ORDER TO BE HAPPY AND CONTENT AND AT PEACE WITH MYSELF AND WITH THE CIRCUMSTANCES I HAVE CREATED?

  1. ACCEPTANCE — Cease struggling against circumstances physically in the sense of seeing myself lying back in the ARMCHAIR OF THE UNIVERSE and being cradled by life.
  2. FEELINGS — Be aware of the feelings in my Solar Plexus area: ALLOW them to RISE AND FALL without the mind grabbing at them and making them into a problem.
  3. MENTALLY — Stop fighting mentally: let the thoughts rise and fall. DO NOT indulge them by going over and over with ‘if only this or that’ ….
  4. CHOICES — Make the choice to concentrate on what is GOOD, those things which inspire JOY within.
  5. NON -DUALITY — Remember Einstein's formula — E equal MC squared — ALL IS ONE.: I like everyone else am part of the whole.
  6. SEE ONLY THE GOOD IN OTHERS

Once again we are back to LOVE LOVE LOVE.
