15 January 2022 — TAKING THE PLUNGE OR LIVING IN A DREAM WORLD

The other day I came across a card advert which presented me with the opportunity to expand in a way in which I have been telling myself forever that I would dearly love to do.

I told myself I must phone the number and at least make enquiries and see if it feels right for me.

BUT AS YET I HAVEN’T TAKEN THE PLUNGE.

A saying from Sri Sathya Sai Baba states that ‘zeal, determination, courage, discrimination, ability and heroism’ are the qualities we should develop in life.

Unless, we acquire these qualities it does seem as though we are ‘only dreaming’ of changing and moving forward.

A saying with which I was brought up was “Don’t put off ‘til tomorrow what you can do today.” It seems that my motto at the moment is ‘Don’t do today what you can do tomorrow”!

Thereby keep on dreaming!

Change is never easy but it is far easier to make the choice ourselves than find that life plunges us into it through circumstances because intuitively we are aware what our next step is.

PONDER POINTS: On reading this I felt…on reading this my thoughts were…. as far as having “zeal determination courage” etc I feel what I am lacking in is…… OR, I have developed these qualities because…..
