Our main problem is often based on the fact that our rational minds desire to come across looking good in the eyes of others and therefore we act in a way which we feel will impress others and say things which we we feel puts us in a good light with others.

We fail at times to ‘say what we think’ and ‘to act in accordance with what we say’, thereby leading double lives and bringing discord into the situation. I imagine that most of us have had this experience with other people, when based on what they have told us in the past about their views, we are very surprised to see them acting in a certain way. And we learn not to trust them.

AND what about ourselves? Do we express what we are thinking to others and act accordingly? Do people trust us and feel that they knowing where we are coming from?
