One could say that at the moment, the weather in the British Isles is FANTASTIC! So instead of our collectively moaning and groaning about the weather we are rejoicing and enjoying it.

I find that this is quite a strange position for us to be in — accepting and enjoying the weather without complaining that it is too hot, too wet or too cold.

AND MORE THAN ANYTHING IT WOULD SEEM THAT THE WEATHER HAS NOW BECOME OUR FRIEND rather than our enemy or simply purely a problem — something that we are VERY INCLINED TO and USED TO GRUMBLING TO OURSELVES ABOUT.

So let us continue to be friends with the weather and to enjoy it!
