18 April 2020 — A CRAVER OR A HATER

In Buddhist philosophy a craving type is said to be someone who clings on to things, and won’t let them go and a hate type someone who pushes everything away. Or, in other terms a hate type could be said to be someone who wants everything done yesterday whilst a craving type holds on to what they have and wants more of it. It is , of course, possible for each of us exhibit both qualities as different times.

BALANCE as always is the solution and the way for the POINT OF POWER TO BE OURS. It is good to have a goal in mind as to how we want things to be as long as we don’t spend all our time thinking about it and regretting we don’t have it.

The key to balance is perhaps PATIENCE PERSEVERANCE and TOLERANCE towards ourselves.

My writing is based on the understanding that ‘we’, (each of us individually) create our own reality through our feelings, thoughts and actions.
