19 December 2021 — LIFE IS JUST A PLAY

This is a reminder I needed today because these last couple of days I have been taking myself far too seriously and identifying with the part I am playing and finding myself getting upset when I don’t seem to be matching up to my expectations of how I think I should be.

ACT WELL YOUR PART.

There is I believe a difference between ACTING ONE’S PART and totally identifying with it. The POINT OF POWER I would say becomes ours only when we are aware of our thoughts and feelings being separate from who we are and are able NOT to identify with them as ‘US’.

And that brings us back to SQUARE ONE — the POINT OF POWER is ours only when we see LIFE AS A PLAY and ourselves PLAYING A PART rather than totally identifying with our thoughts and feelings as US ….as WHO WE ARE.
