How easily it is for us to blame others! I was speaking to a shop worker yesterday who was a little upset because a customer had been very rude to her, blaming her for something which wasn’t her fault.

What we fail to realise in these situations is simply that the problem is not ours but the other person’s, who is obviously upset about something and does Not wish to acknowledge their feelings so they project them on to us. If we react to their criticism then we are we are giving our power away to them.
