19 November 2022 — TODAY IS THE BEGINNING OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE

This saying I find quite powerful and comforting as I see it as indicating that each day is a fresh start.

However, there is one ‘if only’ …if only we can put the past behind us and greet all that happens to us with love and acceptance. This means giving up worry and our habitual ways of responding to situations.
