19 September 2022 — ENERGY part two!

It is a sad day today. I am not monarchist and yet the Queen as a person is someone I greatly admire. Someone who had duty thrust upon her, when her uncle abdicated and her father inherited the throne, and carried it out to the very best of her ability.

As a person she is very much loved.

HOWEVER, as with everything we have a CHOICE in the way we respond. This day, was inevitable, as death is something none of us can escape, and one might say that Her Majesty had a ‘good innings’!

So whilst feeling sadness because an era has ended, we can CHOOSE to delight in the fact that Queen Elizabeth lived so long and reigned so wisely.
