2 August 2022 — HABITUAL BEHAVIOUR

Are our habits Good or Bad? Or perhaps it would be more appropriate to say helpful or unhelpful in contributing to our leading a peaceful, healthy and happy life. The answer for most of us is probably a mixture of the two.

At the moment I am in a position where I am trying to cultivate a ‘good’ habit of exercising regularly and to give up a ‘bad’ habit of picking at food in between meals.

Neither of which I find easy but then PERSEVERANCE IS THE KEY!!

PONDER POINTS: my thoughts on reading the above are ….my feelings on reading the above are ….habit patterns which I feel it would be useful to drop are …. habit patterns which I believe stand me in god stead are …..
