20 July 2024 — DARKNESS AND LIGHT

‘YOU ARE light, and you have to shine out in the darkness’.

This implies that we do NOT allow others moods to affect us or other peoples’ conditions to bring us down. It is important, however, that we have love and compassion for others. AND, most importantly that we do NOT judge them.

And, of course, as I have said many times before that we LOVE OURSELVES WARTS AND ALL. So when we find the rational monkey mind going over and over something we search for the light within — for the knowing and understanding that we are NOT the body or the mind but indeed are souls incarnated in a body. AND we operate from the understanding that ALL IS ONE and ONE IS ALL.

YOU ARE LIGHT AND YOU HAVE TO SHINE OUT IN THE DARKNESS.
