21 January 2022 — ENERGY WAS MINE AND I HAD MASTERY

The relevant questions, of course, are what kind of energy? Mastery over what?

When we look back over the day from the time we are reading this, how do we judge our day to have gone? How have we used our energy?

How does looking back over the day make us feel? Happy? Regretful ?Grateful? Sad? Pleased with life generally? Warm towards the people we have met? Resentful? Accepting? What thoughts are occupying our chattering monkey minds?

Were we the master or mistress of all the situations we encountered? Were we able to accept other people’s responses towards us even if we judged them to be unfair?….

Are we feeling contented with ourselves and life generally so that our feelings in our Solar Plexus areas are relaxed and good presenting us with happy thoughts so that the chattering monkey mind has nothing to CHATTER about?

Do people feel happier for having met us or passed us by?

PONDER POINTS: On reading this I feel …my thoughts on reading the above are … I feel I have been in control of my encounters today and have no regrets because …I feel that i have no been in control today and what I regret is ….I do feel today has been a good one for me because…I feel I have used my energy wisely ….
