22 December 2019 — THE WINTER SOLSTICE — The Shortest Day of the Year OR The Longest Night of the Year in the Northern Hemisphere.

--

The Winter Solstice marks the day of the year with the fewest daylight hours when the sun is lowest in the sky.

It’s spiritual meaning is said to be that of REGENERATION, RENEWAL AND REFLECTION. Wherever we see ourselves to be physically or emotionally the Winter Solstice allows us to know that we can rise up and grow from this position into a new understanding and a new way of being.

Ponder Points: For What do I wish? What would I like to change about myself? — my life? Which habitual patterns of behaviour are holding me back and preventing me from stepping into the new. What do I need to stop blaming myself for? When will I realise the POINT OF POWER is in this moment and start telling myself I CAN and I WILL?

My writing is based on the understanding that ‘we’, (each of us individually) create our own reality through our feelings, thoughts and actions.
