24 July 2022 —THE DISADVANTAGES OF BEING OUT ALONE

Whilst some people do not like being out alone, many of us enjoy it and choose it. However, sometimes when one person out alone is up against a party of many people, there are definitely disadvantages in being alone.

The one to which I refer today, is sitting in a café at a table for four or more people when a party of people come along and asked if I minded them joining me. The true answer was ‘yes’ but having been brought up to be polite!! I said ‘of course not’ which immediately brought to an end my quiet reflective mood and my ability to think, study or write my blogs. I then ended up moving away to another other café in search of peace and quiet.

But, that is life! The many overcome the few!!
