This Sri Sathya Sai Baba card came into mind today because, once again I have been hitting myself over the head for many things. One of them being the fact that I failed to realise that someone was asking for my help in an indirect way — help which I would have gladly given. Another one being the fact that I promised myself I would take seriously the doctors suggestion that I could do with losing some weight and cut down on my eating which I have not done. This fact I find even more galling because someone I know has been doing just that and has already lost much weight.

BUT WHAT IS THE POINT OF ALL THIS SELF CONDEMNATION? THERE JUST ISN’T ONE. And what the Sri Sathya Baba saying implies is that we are all one and the same whether we term ourselves ‘formless energy or children of God.‘ What we do in each moment is in reality the best we are capable of doing, and, when we accept this and ‘roll with it’ we indeed realise this in our hearts. And, ‘self judgement, condemnation, just does not enter the picture.
