So what does ‘QUEST OF THE SOUL’ mean?

We are very aware of our bodies and our minds but our SOULS? We are anxious to give our bodies food on a regular basis and we are usually aware of what it is that our minds have been dwelling on thought wise.

But our SOULS? How many of us indeed believe we have a SOUL leave alone being aware of it?

Here I return to my favourite subject, being able to balance both hemispheres of our brains so that we are aware of the FEELINGS which rise and fall in the Solar Plexus, I specifically refer to FEELINGS rather than our THOUGHTS about our FEELINGS. When we are in touch with our feelings we are more likely to be aware that we are more than our physical and mental selves and aware that there is NO DUALITY — ME and THE OTHER — but merely ONENESS — a connectedness with ALL THAT IS.

AND, when we are aware of that sense of ONENESS, to my way of thinking. then we are in touch with our SOULS.

MAN IS NOT BORN TO GO IN QUEST OF FOOD, MAN IS BORN TO GO IN QUEST OF THE SOUL.

I can only hope that the above has thrown some light on this saying!!
