I use a quote from the above which reads: ‘No-one is born hating another person because of the colour of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.’

I do feel that when one is able to love one’s self ‘warts and all’ then one finds it easier to love others. Why we sometimes find it so difficult to forgive and forget others I’m not sure. Perhaps it is because it is a way of making ourselves feel important and here we come back to our SELF ESTEEM. When our self esteem is high we are truly not bothered what others think about it realising that it is only their opinion and we are able to feel compassion for their lack of self esteem.

When we are able to LOVE OURSELVES WARTS AND ALL then we are able to LOVE OTHER FOR WHOM THEM ARE with the awareness that we do not know what has happened to them in their past to make them the way they conduct themselves now.

LOVE IS ALL THERE IS!
