28 February 2019 — Taking Time Out To Recharge Mental Batteries

In our society we are well aware that we need time to recharge our physical batteries because if we push our bodies too hard they are likely to rebel by becoming ill. However, it is not so usual, I feel, to take time out to recharge our mental batteries. Often new ideas just pop into our minds and we are inspired to act upon them. We automatically know what to say and what to do. But, in my experience there comes a time when the source of new ideas simply dries up and then I believe that our minds are telling us that they need a rest in order to assess the point we have reached and how we feel about it and in which direction our intuition is now guiding us.

I most certainly felt that I needed to to take time out to recharge my mental batteries. In actuality it might be the same old stuff I am churning out but I feel that my energy has changed. I am now writing in love and joy and this, is what I feel has been missing.

THE POINT OF POWER is ours perhaps when we get into the habit pattern of CHARGING UP our our creativity, absurd as it may sound.

My writing is based on the understanding that ‘we’, (each of us individually) create our own reality through our feelings, thoughts and actions.
