3 June — Positivity versus Negativity

Do we have a choice? Or, are we so set in our ways that we choose to be negative and deny our ability to change ourselves?

When we choose to be POSITIVE WE FEEL GOOD ABOUT OURSELVES AND LIFE IN GENERAL . However, only too often we choose negativity in order to give ourselves something to feel depressed about. When we do this I would say that we are choosing WORRY.
