This remark was made to me by someone working at a cafe which was extremely busy. She said it with the expression of a ‘Sunny Bank Holiday’ being somewhat unusual.

That it was SUNNY on the outside seemed to mean that everyone felt SUNNY on the inside and the energy being expressed was joyful and happy.

People’s upsets, worries, sadness and fears seemed to be buried under feelings of happiness and joy and although for some people the line of the song ‘it’s raining in my heart’ might still be true underneath, the general energy in the air was happiness, hope and love.

Perhaps next time when worry and fear pervades us we can see those thoughts as being the expression of our energy on the surface and search for the SUN beneath.
