4 January 2019 — SECTION THREE — IMPECCABLE SPEECH -GIVING EMOTIONALLY TO PEOPLE

Impeccable speech derives from the ability to give emotionally to people. To give to people emotionally includes areas such as smiling at others especially when you don’t feel like it: refusing to get upset when others behave in ways which you feel shows no respect for you.

Impeccable speech means to refrain from speaking in an angry way to others, something I often find hard to accomplish especially when a cyclist cuts me up when I’m walking on the pavement or when people act as though I do not exist (apropos one of my previous blogs. ) In the every day hustle and bustle of life it is often difficult to remember that we are ALL ONE and what we do to one another we do to ourselves. SELF IMPORTANCE IS THE CULPRIT I fear and most of us do feel, despite of our best intentions, that we are SPECIAL.

Dwell on that which brings you joy — feel happy. be happy. Spread a little happiness and refuse to let others drag you down.
