4 June 2020 — ALL’S WELL THAT ENDS WELL

The Point of Power has NOT been mine yesterday and today as I have been concerned that I made a serious mistake in something I tried to do. Had I made a mistake it would have been no big deal, I just would not have achieved a goal I had set myself. However, I now know that I did not make a mistake.

I can breathe a sigh of relief as ALL’S WELL THAT ENDS WELL

However, had I been able to take a deep breath and been able to shrug my shoulders and say ‘Ah so!’ I could have save myself much worry and frustration. WORRY, of course, really is pointless because it doesn’t alter the situation if the problem is something which can’t be put straight in the moment. The advice I received from a very good friend was to try not to focus too much on the problem but to see it as a person to whom I would prefer not to devote much of my spare time. Or, if the memory keeps recurring see it as a vehicle which I have parked up and see myself moving on from it.

PONDER POINTS: The pay off for worrying is….. What I am avoiding by worrying is … I need to move on now because
