5 February 2024 — Another Day So What Will it Hold?

Another pay packet? Falling out with someone? Making up with Someone? An accident?

The real answer is none of us really knows for sure. We have hopes and expectations as to what will happen and fears about what might happen which we would rather not happen, but the way through is really ACCEPTANCE. Accepting whatever does happen — taking it on the chin as it were, shrugging our shoulders and saying ‘Ah well’. And the answer perhaps, is NOT TO TAKE ANYTHING TOO SERIOUSLY and refuse to get upset. THAT, OF COURSE, IS NOT to suggest that we do not care but simply that we will cope with whatever does happen.
