6 DECEMBER 2020 — THE POINT OF POWER IS NOW

However, having made the choice, on some level, to inflict this injury on myself, I then chose to reclaim my POINT OF POWER through taking responsibility for making this choice. Well, I did what I have been choosing to do since a child to cope with difficult, embarrassing and uncomfortable situations — laughed and giggled -thereby making a tense situation and my tense body considerably less tense. And, hopefully the staff whose duty it was to cope with the situation ie cordon me off, less anxious and worried.

The verdict, however, is ‘WHAT A SILLY OLD LADY’ for getting the wheel of a shopping trolley — not an Asda trolley — caught on a pallet with wheels which the brake had not been applied therefore the pallet rolled and tension gave way and I found myself falling and hitting the floor as mentioned above.
