6 January 2022 — LIFE IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT — SO MAKE IT GOOD

I felt it appropriate on the 12th day of Christmas — EPIPHANY — to head the blog with one of my favourite headings!

One meaning of Epiphany is ‘an intuitive grasp of reality through something — an illuminating discovery/realisation or disclosure.

So as well as taking the Christmas Decorations down today and saying ‘goodbye’ to the Christmas period perhaps we can say ‘HELLO’ to a new beginning within ourselves of trusting our intuition and not allowing our rational minds to question what we intuitively know.

Sometimes trusting our intuition is frightening mainly because of our past conditioning and our remembrance of times when we may have gotten it wrong. So with the Christmas period being over and every moment being a NEW ONE let us endeavour to let go of the mental attachment to the past and begin over.

LIFE IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT — SO MAKE IT GOOD. This saying was a favourite one of a member of my family who died young and I thank him for it as it encourages me to make my life good through trusting my INTUITION and attempting to still the rational chattering monkey mind.

EPIPHANY - AN INTUITIVE GRASP OF REALITY.

SO LET US TRUST OUR INTUITION AND ATTEMPT TO STILL THE RATIONAL CHATTERING MONKEY MIND.
