Ponder Points: The last time I felt really disappointed was when ….my expectations which remained unfulfilled were ….

Disappointment is an emotion we experience at a very young age when we have been allowed to expect that a wish would be fulfilled and it goes unfulfilled. Learning to deal positively with DISAPPOINTMENT is a part of growing up and maturing.

Throughout our lives we have expectations which are not fulfilled and if we are able to shrug our shoulders, not take it to heart and move on WE ARE IN CONTROL OF OURSELVES AND OUR LIVES.

However, too often, we allow the disappointment to fester and our electric magnetic energy which flows into the world from us tends to repel others. Dealing with DISAPPOINTMENT in this way, however, is perhaps more real and less harmful than BLOTTING OUT THE DISAPPOINTMENT through over indulging, denial or resentment.
