6 September 2019 — The Luggage We Carry Around

The Luggage’ to which I refer is the luggage of our minds. We are not indeed our senses, or our imagination, our desires, our prejudices, or our discontent or our stress . If only we could jettison these then our journey through life would be much lighter, safer and more comfortable.

But easier said than done as usual! Especially when we identify with our thoughts as being WHO WE ARE, as US.

This, of course, leads us back to FORM and FORMLESS ENERGY . — to the sense of being a material, separate Being compared with knowing that we do not exist separately from all else. Whilst our minds chatter away, compare and judge, our ego selves feel safe in feeling that they exist separately from all else but when our minds remain quiet and still we cannot escape our connectedness to ALL THAT IS.

My writing is based on the understanding that ‘we’, (each of us individually) create our own reality through our feelings, thoughts and actions.
