8 December 2022 — THE MORE YOU JUDGE THE LESS YOU LOVE

What a diverse instrument the human mind is. It loves, criticises, embraces, feels sadness, rejects etc etc.

And today how sad I am feeling after reading that 15 children have died from the throat infection Strep A. It certainly brings into perspective any minor irritations I have with things not quite going as I would have liked them to.

Sadness, grief, happiness, joy quite often go hand in hand — rising and falling in the moment. If one can allow one’s emotions to rise and fall without grasping on to them then contentment can be present in the moment.

The blog title of course is, ‘the more you judge the less you love’. All we can really do is be aware of our minds thinking and feel our emotions in our hearts rising and falling.
