8 May 2022 — BE A WARRIOR NOT A WORRIER

Have just come across this saying in a book about the energy of the Chakras.

I feel that this is a brilliant motto to keep in mind as I sometimes have to strive very hard to restrain the rational mind from worrying!

So being a warrior means I need to face the world with CONFIDENCE, DETERMINATION and LOVE.

CONFIDENCE that once I have acted that it was the best action of which I was capable at the time, reminding myself that all the worry in the world doesn’t change anything.

DETERMINATION to do the best I can in every moment.

LOVE which embraces and accepts all that I do and which will forgive any misdemeanours I might see myself as having committed.

BE A WARRIOR NOT WORRIER
