9th January 2022 — DOOM AND GLOOM — The Same Old .. The Same Old.. CREATING OUR OWN REALITY

I’ve just had a conversation with someone who was suffering greatly from the winter blues. How difficult it is sometimes to arise above our circumstances — inner and outer. And yet, if we are unable so to do we merely prolong the WINTER within ourselves!

Most of us have at least ONE THING for which to be grateful and many of us have many things for which to be grateful. As the day follows the night, the light follows the dark.

CHANGE IS THE ORDER OF THE DAY!

LET A SMILE BE YOUR UMBRELLA — always remembering that WE CREATE OUR OWN REALITY so if we are plunged in DOOM AND GLOOM then we are likely to attract unpleasant circumstances to us.

BUT if we put on a brave smile and welcome ALL circumstances it is MORE THAN LIKELY that we will attract PLEASANT CIRCUMSTANCES!

AND, one very important thing to remember is that in TRUTH, we do NOT HAVE ANYONE OTHER THAN OURSELVES TO BLAME FOR THE CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH WE FIND OURSELVES.

RESPONSIBILITY — THE ABILITY TO RESPOND!
