DREAMS = ‘You Gotta Have a Dream. If you don’t have a dream, how you gonna have a dream come true?’. (South Pacific)

A good film and an enjoyable song. And, of course, it DOES make sense but when we label someone a ‘dreamer’ we tend to mean that they are out of touch with reality. So…. BALANCE is all. We must nurse our dreams and nurture our dreams whilst keeping our feet firmly on the ground and welcoming whatever is happening in the moment.

However, it doesn’t hurt to remember dreams in the past which have come true. At the moment most of us probably have the same dream wishing for the Pandemic to be over and life to return to normal.

Life without a dream can be dull. Life with too many dreams can be divorced from reality and take away our POINT OF POWER IN THE MOMENT as we live in the future and not in the present.

My reason for choosing this subject today is because I feel that I am living in a dream world …living for tomorrow rather than for today and I need to attain a balance between desiring change and accepting what LIFE is presenting me with at the moment.

Barbara Thorne: The Point of Power is Now

My writing is based on the understanding that ‘we’, (each of us individually) create our own reality through our feelings, thoughts and actions.
